What we are looking for:
We are looking for diagnostic medical sonographers registered in good standing with CMRITO and credentialed with Sonography Canada (CRGS®, CRCS® or CRVS®). Additional subspecialty certificates registered through ARDMS are assets. We seek motivated individuals wo enjoy working independently as well as with a dynamic team of professionals committed to quality in their work! In the Ultrasound Department: variety of subspecialty scans performed. Onsite Radiologists are available for support through discussions, feedback and in-service continuing education.
- Your skills will include general imaging, obstetrics, vascular, and small parts scanning. Additional subspecialty credentials are assets, as well as your experience in scanning Emergency & Inpatient cases
- At Markham site: Weekly rotations include mostly day, some afternoon & evenings, and weekend shifts are only 1 in every 12 weeks. No overnight shift
- At Uxbridge site: Weekly rotations include 2 day shifts and 1 evening shift. No weekends or overnight shifts
Echocardiography Department: proficient in performing cardiac ultrasound exam. Onsite Cardiologist are available for support through discussions, feedback and in-service continuing education.
- Your skills include primarily Inpatient andOutpatient Adult Cardiac Imaging
- Specialty in experience scanning ICU, Elevated Cardiac Care Unit , and Emergency cases
- Pediatric and contrast scanning experience is an asset
- At Markham site: FT work rotations include various day shifts; PT rotations include weekday afternoon shifts and weekend day shifts
- At Uxbridge site: Day shift only. No evenings, nights or weekends
For Ultrasound & Echocardiography Technologists Wages:
- Starting Rate @ Uxbridge $33.32 – $44.66
- Starting Rate @ Markham $34.13 – $45.86
