June Webinar: Nuchal Translucency Quality Assurance (NTQA)
Sonography Canada welcomes Brookelyn Rice, RDMS, BAH, Ultrasound Clinical Content Specialist at the Better Outcomes Registry & Network (BORN) of Ontario. This session will review nuchal translucency (NT) ultrasound image requirements set by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (UK) as well as common errors identified in image audits. We will discuss methods of NT Quality Assurance (NTQA), including the currently accessible curve-auditing system in Ontario, and the crucial components of an NTQA program. This session will also provide insight into how NTQA can improve daily practice and the accuracy of first trimester screening results for patients.
