Diagnostic Medical Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist — Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time

Capital Medical Imaging is seeking diagnostic medical sonographers to join our Edmonton team.
Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekday and weekend shifts. Please tell us your preferred workdays and availability. Part-time hours will be arranged according to your availability and clinic needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations within your training and authorized scope.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and document findings for radiologist review.
- Explain examinations clearly and provide respectful, patient-centred care.
- Follow infection prevention, equipment care and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate examination records and collaborate with the clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or recognized equivalent.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Active registration and a valid practice permit in the applicable specialty are required before starting practice.
- Current credentialed member with Sonography Canada.
- Strong scanning, patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within professional scope and collaboratively with the clinical team.
