Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Permanent Full Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered or eligible to register with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
• Graduate from a recognized accredited school of Ultrasound Technology
• Current credentialed member of Sonography Canada and/or successful completion of the ARDMS Exams: Sonography Principles and Instrumentation, OB/GYN, Abdomen
• Ability to perform OB/GYN, Pelvis, Abdomen, Neck, Carotids and DVTs
• Current Certificate in First Aid/BCLS an asset
• Basic understanding of imaging RIS and PACS
• Ability to work Independently
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to function effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated pattern of good attendance
• New Graduates welcomed to apply
• Straight days; no evenings or weekends; all major holidays off
• No Call

SALARY: Competitive and commensurate with experience
