This session is designed specifically for clinical educators working with today’s evolving learner. We’ll explore the characteristics of our new student cohorts and how they approach learning in clinical environments. Using the taxonomy of skill acquisition as a framework, we’ll break down how learners progress from novice to competent practitioner. The session will also offer practical strategies to support skill development, foster critical thinking, and create a positive learning environment. We’ll conclude with an open Q&A to share experiences and address your questions.
