Registered Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist)

Qualifications:

• Experience in abdominal, obstetric, male and female pelvis, small parts and vascular sonography.
• Education and experience in MSK an asset.
• Experience in interventional work.
• PACS experience an asset.
• Able to work independently and as part of team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to respond to new implementations and challenges.
• Completion of formal sonography technology training with approved school.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be registered with CMRITO.
• Must be a current credentialed member with Sonography Canada and/or American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) .
• Current active registration in good standing with Sonography Canada and/or Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences (OAMRS).
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality and performance required.
• Possess the self-assurance and confidence to succeed in a fast paced, challenging environment.
