2024 SDMS Annual Conference

The SDMS Annual Conference is designed for sonographers, sonography students, and physicians who use sonography in their practice setting. Held in the fall, the SDMS Annual Conference is designed to foster connections and learning and includes multiple opportunities to network and visit the exhibit hall. Attendees will earn SDMS CME credits while learning about new sonographic techniques, diagnostic accuracy, enhancements of sonographic instrumentation, and practice management strategies.
You can earn up to 19 SDMS CME credits by participating in the 2024 SDMS Annual Conference (breakdown below). Additional SDMS CME credits are available via sponsored event sessions. The following registries accept SDMS CME credits: ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, and Sonography Canada.
- Thursday, September 26: Up to 7 SDMS CME Credits
- Friday, September 27: Up to 6 SDMS CME Credits
- Saturday, September 28: Up to 6 SDMS CME Credits
Learning Objectives
After participating in the SDMS Annual Conference, participants will be able to:
- Describe new sonographic techniques and technological improvements to enhance visualization of pathology;
- Recognize normal and abnormal pathology based on sonographic examination; and
- Outline practice management strategies to enhance sonographic clinical operations and overall patient satisfaction.
