Sonographer

Valley Medical Imaging is located in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley and has been providing Medical Imaging services to the local communities for more than 65 years.

We are currently looking for an accredited, diagnostic medical Sonographer to for a fulltime position at our Langley, BC community imaging clinic. Starting date is late August 2024, likely around August 19th. 

Schedules would include shifts 4-5 days per week, from Monday – Friday, and would require no weekends, evenings, or call. Our clinics offer a positive working environment.

The ultrasound equipment is new Toshiba Aplio 300 with colour Doppler and a full PACS system. Sonographers must perform a variety of general ultrasound imaging including Abd, OB/Gyn, small parts, Vascular and musculoskeletal. Must be able to scan studies including Obstetrics, Gynecological, and Breasts.

The Langley clinic is located 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver and is easily accessible to many activities including numerous ski resorts and golf courses, boating on the nearby lakes or rivers, hiking and camping in beautiful parks or attending the artistic, cultural, and sporting events offered nearby.

Relocation assistance to help with your move to this area is also available if you are moving from outside the Lower Mainland.

Successful candidates must be a credentialed member of Sonography Canada with insurance.
