As we welcome the New Year, the Board of Directors and I would like to extend our warmest wishes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2025 to all our members. Your dedication to excellence in sonography inspires us, and we are grateful for the vital role you play in advancing our profession.
As we look ahead, we are excited to invite members to take an active role in shaping the future of Sonography Canada. Joining the Board of Directors is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization while representing the interests of sonographers across Canada.
Call for Nominations: Join Sonography Canada’s Board of Directors!
Sonography Canada is seeking dedicated members to serve on our Board of Directors.
As a Board member, you will:
- Contribute to the strategic vision and decision-making processes that impact the profession and the organization.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals who share your commitment to advancing sonography.
- Expand your leadership skills and professional network.
- Make a meaningful impact on the sonography community nationwide.
Board Positions Available:
- Director at Large (3-Year Term) – 2 positions available
Must be an Active Credentialed member holding at least one of the following: CRGS®, CRCS®, or CRVS®.
- Director Regional, Central (2-Year Term)
Must be an Active Credentialed member residing in Manitoba, Ontario, or Quebec, holding at least one of the following: CRGS®, CRCS®, or CRVS®.
- Specialty Director, Vascular (3-Year Term)
Must be an Active Credentialed member, hold the CRVS® credential, and actively practice within the specialty.
- Specialty Director, Cardiac (3-Year Term)
Must be an Active Credentialed member, hold the CRCS® credential, and actively practice within the specialty.
How to Nominate or Apply
Nominating yourself or a fellow member is easy! Simply complete the nomination form. The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2025.
