2024 Board of Directors: Elections
Voting will take place until March 15, 2024.
Board elections are held each year prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) with new terms beginning immediately following the AGM. For 2024, all positions are for a 3-Year Term.
This year, Sonography Canada accepted candidates to run for election for three (3) positions on the Board of Directors for a three-year term commencing June 23, 2024:
- Director-at-Large (1 position)
- Regional Director-Eastern (1 position) – ACCLAIMED
- Regional Director-Central (1 position)

Invitation to Vote
Eligible members will receive an electronic invitation to vote which confirms that they are registered to participate. This message contains the URL to access the Simply Voting online platform, as well as a “Member Number” and “Voting PIN” which you will need to cast your votes online.
If you are an Active Member and have not received an invitation to vote, please send a message to info@sonographycanada.ca including your full name and Sonography Canada member number and we will follow up accordingly.
Casting your votes
- Access the Simply Voting online platform using the URL specified in your emailed voting invitation.
- Enter the “Member Number” and “Voting PIN” specified in your emailed voting invitation.
- Review the candidate profiles before you cast your vote by clicking the links above or by clicking on the “details” link beside the name of each candidate in the Simply Voting online platform.
- Click the box beside the name of your preferred candidate for each of the three positions that will be submitted to a vote.
- The deadline to cast your votes is 11:59 p.m. EST on March 15, 2024.
- Once you have completed the voting process, you will receive a voting receipt for your records.
